You'll be asked to:
- Greet clients warmly and ensure a positive and inviting spa experience from the moment they walk in.
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and online enquiries promptly and professionally, providing accurate information about our services, packages, and availability.
- Schedule appointments for spa services, ensuring optimal utilization of the spa’s resources and managing the booking system efficiently.
- Welcome clients upon arrival, complete necessary documentation, and assist them in filling out any required forms or questionnaires.
- Process payment transactions for services and products accurately, using the spa’s point of sale system.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it represents the relaxing and serene atmosphere of our spa.
- Assist with inventory management, restocking spa products and maintaining supplies as needed.
- Provide clients with information about our spa’s offerings, promotions, and loyalty programs.
- Collaborate with other spa staff to ensure a seamless and exceptional customer experience.
Your Experience
- Previous experience in customer service, reception or front desk roles is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, positive attitude.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, appointment scheduling software, and point-of-sale systems.
- A genuine passion for health, wellness, and the spa industry.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Must be reliable and punctual, with a commitment to honouring scheduled shifts.
- Professional appearance and grooming.
