Monthly memberships will be billed automatically every 30 days from the date of purchase. Yearly memberships will be billed annually from the date of purchase. In the event that you cannot make an appointment during a given month, you may gift your visit to a friend or family member. Refunds will not be provided. In the interest of good faith, you may cancel your subscription membership at anytime by emailing your request to info@nataliemaaden.com. Please understand that we will need at least 72 hours notice before a cancelling a payment, and if a payment is due to be taken within that 72 hour window, it cannot be stopped or refunded.

Covid-19 info - In the event that we are unable to offer the service you desire as part of your monthly subscription, we will provide you with one of our take home kits free of charge, to ensure you're still receiving value from your membership.
